  • LaSalle Roth & Rose, we are capital markets financiers (direct lender) to a wide range of commercial real estate assets classes in the Midwest, Southwest and Northeast regions. We are deal specific with a concentration on the Midwest/Southwest markets for value-add commercial transactions. Our specific funding products are real estate preferred equity, senior secured debt, bridge-to-expansion, Mezzanine and leveraged loans for special use projects.  We deploy and manage our own capital in house under LaSalle Roth & Rose Holdings Inc of Atlanta. LaSalle Roth is a flexible, responsive, solution-oriented non-recourse balance sheet lender. We provide the speed and certainty of execution that is essential to our customers.
